I lost my job and was still making my monthly payments. As soon as my payment was late (By 2 or 3 days) they not only called me but called all my references as well!! They threatened to come get the vehicle and they stated that repossessors were on their way. THEY LIE!!! This company is sickening and operates without
regard to collection laws. I, for one, am contacting the
Better Business Bureau and suggest that everyone else does the same!! They will call
friends and family over and over again even after being told to stop. Hopefully they will lose their license to operate in the
state of California. They are a disgusting, vile company that employ slimy collection agents.

They are the absolute worst finance (and i use that term loosely) company in the US. Apparently collection laws mean nothing to them. I filed bankruptcy and told them for 3 months to come get the car, they finally did last week. now i received a letter stating they are going to sue me. They can kiss my A@@ and go deal with my attorney and the bankruptcy courts. They will never receive another dime from me!!

Westlake Financial is the worst financial company every. I REGRET TO THIS DAY FOR EVER DEALING WITH THEM. The make harrasement phone calls to you if you are 3 days late on your payment, not only that, they contact all of your references and leaving harrassing messages of which cannot be understood, due to the broken english the agents speak. I will be contacting the BBB immediately. I even told them to come pick up the car because I could no longer afford it and they continued to try to piss me off by suggesting that I borrow money from and I quote "my boss". Yea right. I hope they lose their license also.

Westlake Financial is the worst car financining company that you could ever deal with. These people have no sympathy what so ever, they call all the time not giving you time to make payments. They tell you that you can make arrangements but when you call to set up one they tell you that the account can not be held. These people tell all of your business to whom ever you give them as a reference. They constantly call and worry them as well. It's just sad because everyone has some hard times and they just don't have any remorse. They need to stop this company from operating. If you are smart don't mess with this company, and if you have already done so, get a lawyer ASAP!!!!!!!!!

 - I have had it with this company as well. I might add, that the apple does not fall far from the tree - Their car
dealerships, are just as crooked. I have
a real "LEMON" - BMW. I have since contacted the law firm of KROHN & MOSS, located in Los Angeles, Ca. Please go to their website. This firm, has about 13 locations, nationwide. Good luck!
