i have a vehicle from through
westlake and i tell you what.... there for a minute times were tough. my hours had gotten cut and i couldn't hardly afford anything.
westlake called me and called me and then when i told them to come get the car they told me i had to pay a repo fee? WHAT??? who does that? so then they told me there was a
tow truck drive ready to pick up my car... i said go ahead it's cleaned out! nobody ever picked it up. they quit calling me until i started making my payment again. i made one payment. and then 2 in one weekend! if i didn't make those 2 in one weekend they were gonna repo it! what a
joke so i came up with $500 dollars and sent it to them. that was 2 weeks ago... now they say they are going to call my car in stolen if i don't talk to them.... what a
joke... i'm soooooo over this company!!! they are sooooo freakin rude.... and i have tried to be nice... not only have i made payments but they have also refused payments from me. now here in ohio if you refuse a payment... it's paid in full!!!! i told them that and they denied ever refusing my payment... WTF!!!! they are
crooks!!!! DONT EVER USE THEM!!!!

Westlake financial is he worse company ever their employees are very rude and talk down to people, talk to people any way they want. Lots of Harrassment and disrespectfully.
