I spoke with a Westlake Financial Services representative who, yes, answered my questions, but in a manner that was impatient and not courteous, condescending even. When I pointed this out to him, he started to explain himself in a raised voice, not allowing me to speak at all, then he hung up. I thought his attitude was rude and did not reflect the company's image in a positive light. We have been a very good customer of Westlake, and I have spoken to several representatives in the past who had manners, were patient and had excellent customer service skill. 1282f53
